Quips built-for-mobile word processor has at last reached Android. The newly availableapp mirrors much of what weve seen in the iOS version, including adaptive documents, cloud syncing and deep collaboration tools that include messaging and image sharing. However, Quips Android release isnt just a quick-and-dirty port -- it takes advantage of the OS through Google account integration, stacked notifications and optimization for third-party keyboards like Swiftkey and Swype. Theres still no mention of native Word support, though. As before, the app is free to use for your personal documents. Youll only have to pay $12 per person if youre using Quip for business.
